Good habits improve our physical, emotional and financial health. promote 1

One of my habits is exercising daily at 7; 30.  My family and me improve our physical health by working out to a work out DVD, then begin to exercise are muscles. Improving our physical health is very important in my family. Many of us don’t want to be overly bigger than are average weight for our height.
I am longer than my average weight for height, my average weight suppose to be 130 because my height is 5’2 but I weight 150 I am overly larger than I what I should be. I am larger than my average weight because I chosen to eat junk food instead of Healthy foods. Before I could overcome a problem, I must admit there is a problem and understand the reason for its existence. Many people, when confronted with issue or anxiety, either deny its existence or fail to adequately investigate the reason its existence.
As to the first issue of denial, very few people think they have no fear regarding their health. Without exception beginning people are very conscious and aware of their fears, but they don’t know why they are afraid. Running, jumping and walking is an activity that involves mental and physical skills. Without the practical experience, there can be little behavior change.
You can visualize, think, and dream all you want that you can ride a surfboard. But it’s the practical, hands on experience that enables you to paddle out, stroke just enough to match the speed of the wave, stand up, and trim position as you ride the swell onto the beach. So come on get involved and exercise daily. Work on your health, which will lead you not into cancer, because of physical outside appearance. Work on your emotional health because we all know when you know you look good you feel good.
The more you eat healthy foods the less money you have to spend on fatty foods or fast process food which leads you  into bankrupt, because you deiced to pay for some fast process food instead of buying some healthy food that can improve your weight loss. Everyone experiences some degree of frightens when it comes to their weight, and physical appearance before, and during.
There is not one person in your appearance that would not feel some frightens if she or he were in your place, so take heart. You are not alone we in this together. Practice is one of the most important factors in confident of your health there is no substitute for actually practicing your physical health. The more experience you have working out, the less likely you are to be frighten by your health the more you do it, the less frightening it is.

Education

We can make education more interesting by songwriter creating useful lyrics. Lyrics should be about education and how it has an importance of gaining understanding for life experiences. Music can be one of many tools to help high school students remember a math formula.  The music that’s song about in today’s generation is bad. Instead of making love songs that only weakens the minds of students, songwriters should influence, gain and inspire high schoolers the importance of education. One error we make is making the wrong decision.
Looking foolish in the eyes of others. But by making the mistakes is the learning process of knowledge we gain. If students would come to school everyday with their supplies pencils, pens and erasers ready to take notes and asks questions, we would not need to make education more 0interesting so students can stay in school.
If they would do as they were told, we would not have to find ways to help interests high schoolers in to something they are going to need to succeed in college and through life. In the 70s they didn’t have Internet of anything we had, they had to go look for information through books. We can get on the Internet and let someone tell us how to do a problem. They became very smart because they used their common sense, which a lot of students don’t do.

Persuasive Writing Prompts 4

Across the country, public places such as libraries and museums are now smoke free environments, and restaurants are required to have separates smoking and non-smoking sections. Some smoke free advocates are mow campaigning to ban smoking in all restaurants and bars. Many cities suffer from serious smoke problems; because it affects your health it doesn’t help it. My mother smokes and drinks soda and she had to go see a doctor and find out her lungs are and a very bad shape. And they are weak. If she centuries she will be died very soon.
Many people believe that smoking is good because it helps stimulate their mind. But all it’s doing is killing their brain cells. My brother during high school began smoking and he is addicted and it’s hard for him to stop because his body became used to it. For centuries people have wondered smoking of its effects and affects. Many educators argue that every child that smokes damage their brain cells. Some aren’t learning enough in school because of smoking.
A researcher shows that the average American smokes 24/7. many junior high and high school around they country now require students to spend a certain number of hours each term doing volunteer of  work or community service to stay out of areas to stop letting students smoke. Today in society you are required to take a drug test. Many educators argue that every child in every school have access to tobacco. Many days now students are able to get drugs from their parents.
Many parents requires their children to smoke with them rather than smoke behind their backs, which makes no since because how can you sit with your child and smoke with them knowing the effects that they are making, which can destroy their lives. Drugs are an increase in school across the nation now conduct targeted searches of student lockers and backs. Although the Supreme Court has ruled that public school officials have the right to search students they have reasonable cause to suspect weapons or drugs.

My Goals

My goals I plan to accomplish through a college education is success. I plan to be successful in my major, classes, performances, physical health, and in my college experience. I expect a college education to help me become successful in my future. To help teach, lead and give back to my community. I was born in California all my life and all of my 18 years of living being raised in what you would call a foster home, I know a college education will teach me the ways of life, through knowledge of success. If I am taken out of a bad Environment, place into a knowledgeable Environment knowing I will do right, and be successful because some college university gave me a chance, to let me successful succeed and to accomplished my goals through a college education.

The Fire My Autobiographic

It is a Sunday morning about 5:30am and my family and I are just waking up because we usually go to church at 7:10am. I’m in the bathroom getting dress. My aunt is in her room doing my cousin hair.  And my uncle is taking a shower.  And suddenly someone comes in   rings the doorbell. I run to the door and I say with a smooth soft voice who is it? The man says its Keith the next-door newborns. I said how might I help you. He say please excuse me but there is a fire on 89 in van ness you have 30 minutes to get out you’re house are your going to burn.
I ran actually to the hall way in scream it’s a fire on 89 in van ness hurry we only have 30 minutes I smell the smoke. My aunt hurries and grab a few things my uncle hurries and grabs a few things I run to my room in on my bed is my bible and on my dresser is my awards so I grab them and run out the house into the car. Thinking this can’t be happening.  I begin thinking while my parents are driving. Many times you don’t have a chance to grab or get anything.
I first item I would grab is my black wallet. Because it is a family generation wallet that has been past on throw out my mother family and it was given to me. It is very important to me because that is the only gift my mother actually gave me.  I the second item I would grab is my bible. Because its something I try to live by daily it is a very big important part of my life. It makes me a better person within my religion, which I am a Christian. It helps me get throw repeated challenges.
The third item I would grab is my award to remind me of how gifted I am. Because it is a reminder when I’m down and family and friends tell me I won’t be anything nor achieve anything.  It reminds me that I will achieve success and the future.  I will become all that GOD wants me to become. Little do they know their going to be working for me, But my awards is special to me it is like a photo album and if it was to burn that memory couldn’t come back and be restore within my mind. It is like a lose memory I have no clue or proof on what I have done in my past to so my family in the future.

unlike the others my Short Story

The setting of the unlike the others took place in a small town called Inglewood in 1993 outside of the window of Joyce baker room. There was Joyce looking outside her window talking to GOD. Describing her life and how he mad her unlike the others. Joyce had her small purple radio playing smooth but soft jazz. Which brought in new ways to describe her emotion with feeling to GOD. Joyce character was more straight forward and structure, as she would talk to GOD as if they were face to face. This was a period when Joyce emotions used symbols or colors. The character image in this story was a black African American young lady.  She wears a bright yellow dress with yellow sandals. Her hair color was black she wear her hair in a ponytail with bangs in the front. On Joyce face she wear makeup, black eye liner and light pink lip-gloss. Through Joyce’s life she always grew from her experience. The issue of this story is Joyce been raised like every other kid but she is unlike the others from family to friends At the age of 13 Joyce move out of her mothers home to live with her aunt. Joyce was raised in what you would call a foster home but they treated her like if she was one of their owns. She had everything a kid could every want, games, money, family and love. But all of those things are what made her so unlike the others. Though she had everything the way she saw things were different from others. Many people would think negative or talk crazy when things went wrong she simply though positive and through her growing he inspired and help others. She could relate to many others situation and help others through theirs. She was known through school, church, face book and her community. Joyce had the ability to help everyone with GOD by her side; she was strong, loveable and patient to all. One thing that mad her unlike the others was being a virgin at the age of 19. Many people would laugh, judge and talk about her because she was a virgin. Joyce knew who is was, and she knew her purpose in life, which always mad her unlike others. Joyce always had a positive view on situation even when no one else did. Joyce wasn’t perfect but she knew how to work things out. When people would be mean to others she would be the one to stop and help them. When people would talk mean or call her names she would simply say ok and go away from that person. She would do her best in her classes, community and at her home. She would talk to her friends and they would tell her she’s the greatest person they knew she wouldn’t quickly understand how she could be inspiring others, when all she would do is be herself, and her friends would say that’s all it took her being herself. That’s would mad her unlike others.

God First

God first, when you are in the midst of darkness, death, pain and brokenness, keep searching for the light and do not fall short. All bad works out for the good, and great works out for the best.
Okonkwo as a young man brought honor to his village. His fame rested on solid personal achievements. He fought the great wrestler name Amalinze. They had the same skin. He had to suffer from his father Unoka’s mistakes. Okonkwo was not a cruel man, but his whole life was dominated by the fear of failure and weakness. His first son, Nova, was causing his father great anxiety, at 12 years old, for his incipient laziness. He had three wives and eight children. He took seed-yams from Namibia and promised to grow them. It was the week of peace and Okonkwo had beaten his first wife. Everyone heard his wife crying, and they reported to the king and they punished him. Years passed, seed-yams grew, and the children got older. Mr. Brown comes to visit the king and to preach the gospel of Christ. The commissioners are angry.
The information in the novel is based on the life of Chinua Achebe. The events are true. The story of Okonkwo is in a way the story of our culture.
Chinua Achebe wrote this novel in order for people to get a better understanding of life. He wants people to be exposed to a different way of seeing the world.
Achebe decided to tell this story because he wanted people to understand never to put and idol before the one and only God. When you are in the midst of pain, tears, and drama, stand strong and keep your head up.  All bad works for good and good works for great.  Hold on to your faith  believe even when you don’t see. When trouble comes your way praise your God. All dreams come true if u want them to. Reach for the best and your life.
